About Zetta

Zetta (zet·ta- or 'zet uh) is a prefix used in the SI system of units denoting 1021 or 10007 or 1 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 or sextillion. The term comes from the Latin word septem, meaning seven, because it is equal to 10007. For example,  1021bytes is called zettabyte. [See Wikipedia for more]

Why the name Zetta?

Do you know that the company name Google is a misspelling of the word "Googol" made by founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin? Googol is the large number 10100, that is, the digit 1 followed by one hundred zeros.

Now you know why we selected the name Zetta, which is 1021. We aspire to be a small, smart and innovative team like Google.

The Team

Zetta is founded by Sreekandakumar Pillai ("Sree"). Sree has worked with Infosys for more than 9 years prior to conceiving Zetta. He has extensive knowledge on Web Technologies and Project Management.
